Work is well underway at Westridge Living. The Paraline framing crew is now on the third floor of the first building. The view of Burrard Inlet and the North Shore Mountains is spectacular. Faraday Electrical has just started wiring the first building and Southwest Contracting is working hard to complete the excavation for the underground parkade. Welcome to Westridge Living and the Westridge Living Blog. Over the next year and a half this will be your information source for all things Westridge Living including the following: home buying advice, construction updates, market information, neighbourhood information and events, information on products and materials that go into the building, and sales updates.
Westridge Living is a 21-unit townhome development with 1,925 square feet of commercial space, located at 7198 Barnet Road Burnaby, BC. Listraor purchased the property on October 1, 2009. At this time a design team, led by Formwerks Architectural, was assembled. Over the following months plans took shape and we took the design through the various levels of approval at the City of Burnaby.
We are currently working with the City of Burnaby on finalizing the plans and getting permits issued. Our goal is to break ground in September.
We are proud of our homes and want show off the finished product. Therefore, we will not be starting sales until we can show you the real thing. Our goal is to open the show home in early 2011. We hope to see you there opening day.
